Julie Landrigan Ball is a native Floridian and graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State College of Law. She holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, a master’s degree in political science, and a juris doctorate with a concentration in land use and environmental law. While attending law school, Mrs. Ball worked at the Florida Attorney’s General’s Office, in the Eminent Domain Division, and clerked with EarthJustice.
Mrs. Ball joined the firm in 2004 and handles a variety of civil litigation matters including landlord–tenant disputes, commercial and residential foreclosures, construction litigation, disputed real estate transactions, collection, creditor rights in bankruptcy, contracts and other business disputes. Mrs. Ball also has extensive experience in contested probate, guardianship and trust matters. Mrs. Ball is also title agent with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company.
Mrs. Ball has served as a governor on the board of the Lakeland Bar Association, is a former member of the Willson Inn of Court, and has served on the 10th Judicial Circuit’s Pro Bono and Bench/Bar Committees.
