Biography:

Benjamin Waldrop Hardin III was born and raised in Lakeland, Florida. After graduating from George Jenkins High School, Mr. Hardin decided to remain local.  He attended Florida Southern College, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. During his time at Florida Southern College, Mr. Hardin worked as a staff accountant at Wall Titus Financial.

In 2016, Mr. Hardin decided to attend his father’s and sister’s alma mater, Mercer University School of Law, and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree. While attending law school, Mr. Hardin served as a mentor to incoming students. Mr. Hardin spent his summers interning at the State Attorney’s Office in Bartow, Florida.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Hardin became an Assistant State Attorney in Bartow, Florida. At the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Hardin worked in the Misdemeanor Division and Felony Division. Mr. Hardin successfully tried multiple jury trials during his tenure. Mr. Hardin also headed the Lakeland Branch of the State Attorney’s Office, working closely with the Lakeland Police Department. Mr. Hardin spent two years at the State Attorney’s Office prior to joining the firm.

Mr. Hardin’s Practice areas at the firm focus on civil litigation matters that include real property litigation, construction litigation, disputed real estate transactions, contracts, and other business-related litigation.
