Biography:

Mrs. Ball is a native Floridian and a graduate of the University of Florida and the Florida State College of Law. She holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in political science and a Juris Doctorate with a concentration in land use and environmental law.  While attending law school, Mrs. Ball worked at the Florida Attorney General’s Office in the Eminent Domain Division and clerked with EarthJustice. 

Mrs. Ball joined the firm in 2004 and handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including, but not limited to: construction litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, debt collection, contracts, and other business disputes.  Mrs. Ball also has extensive experience in contested probate and guardianship matters.  Mrs. Ball also handles real estate transactions, including residential and commercial closings, and is a title agent with Attorneys’ Title Fund Services, LLC and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. 

Mrs. Ball formerly served as a governor on the board of the Lakeland Bar Association, is a former member of the Willson Inn of Court, and has served on the 10th Judicial Circuit’s Pro Bono and Bench/Bar Committees.  Mrs. Ball also served as an adjunct Business Law instructor at the former University of South Florida Lakeland campus.  Mrs. Ball was appointed to the Judicial Nominating Commission, Tenth Judicial Circuit by Governor Ron DeSantis on August 31, 2022.
